An incorrect billing address will result in a fee of $10. This $10 fee shall be paid to Woldorf USA Inc, to pay our merchant account for a no match with the credit card billing address.
An address correction will result in a fee of $10. This $10 fee shall be paid to Woldorf USA Inc, to pay FedEx, Or UPS the
incorrect shipping address fee.
An incorrect shipping charge by our online system. If our online system provides an incorrect shipping charge the correct shipping charges will be charged to the customer to pay for the shipping of the supplies the customer has purchased.
All returns must be
postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment
date.Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original
